Step 1: Escrow Closes
When your transaction successfully closes, the buyer's funds are released. This is the starting point of the disbursement process.
Step 2: Escrow Disburses Funds
Escrow sends your commission directly to Merge Brokerage. Depending on the escrow company, this is typically done via wire or overnight check.
Step 3: Merge Receives & Issues ACH
The same business day we receive your commission from escrow, we process it and issue your ACH transfer immediately.
Step 4: Funds in Your Account
You'll typically see the funds in your bank account within 1-2 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
