Leadership at Merge

Wyatt started in real estate as an investor. He built his career through buy-and-holds, fix-and-flips, and creative finance deals, handling the transactions on his own properties along the way. He has handled and overseen more than 120 transactions, spanning off-market and direct-to-seller deals, complex short sales, foreclosure auctions, and traditional agent-represented sales. He also founded Sonoma Home Buyers, a home buying company serving the North Bay.

He founded Merge on a simple belief: experienced agents who know what they’re doing shouldn’t have to pay for day-to-day structure they don’t use. Merge is built for independent producers who want freedom and control over their business. As designated broker, Wyatt brings the perspective of someone who has been on every side of the deal, and he’s there when agents need a broker’s support. Wyatt takes his responsibility to help agents get off to a strong start at Merge seriously. Their success is his priority.

Tucker helps lead Merge’s growth across California, working alongside Wyatt to build a brokerage where experienced agents can run their businesses their own way.

He understands what independent professionals need because he has spent his career as one. Tucker started in mortgage, where he built his first company, WeFund Mortgage, and grew it to $200 million in loan volume. Along the way, he found that he loved helping other professionals grow their businesses. Today, he brings that same drive to Merge. As both a licensed real estate broker and a mortgage broker, he has unique insight into both sides of a transaction, from what keeps a deal on track to what it takes to build a lasting business.
